With direct accountabilities to the Regional Project Lead, implemented processes to ensure a successful MARC (Red Prairie) global systems project implementation in two distribution centers. Developed test scripts, scenarios/reports and facilitated post launch analysis and UAT. Additional responsibilities in the management and oversight of data cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity. Collaborated with regional transition teams and global analytical teams to plan, create and deliver robust and actionable communication standards. Supported corporate training staff and end-users with process and systems expertise.
SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST | SUPPLY CHAIN SUPER USER (1999 – 2002)
With direct accountabilities to the Regional IT Director, core responsibilities in the documentation and evaluation of business and data requirements for SAP integration/implementation into multiple distribution centers. Engaged business units and vendors to test functionality against business requirements, utilizing scenarios and test scripts to develop plans and processes. Further responsibilities in the design and administration of operational procedures, scope creep assessment and challenges in project delivery.
SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST | INFORMATION TECHOLOGY (1994 – 1999)
Reporting to the IT Director, primary responsibilities in the identification and resolution of process and technology inefficiencies within the company’s warehouse management and material handling platforms. Supported product delivery systems enhancements while working closely with end-users to evaluate business impact. Collaborated with local, regional and global information technology counterparts to prioritize and implement systemic enhancements across multiple channels. Facilitated and administered business requirements process improvements delivering short and long-term solutions in support of business growth/efficiency objectives. Provided business justification analysis, including ROI, and coordinated the design and implementation of system enhancements. Led programming changes including UAT, evaluation, training and communication.
